Growing nature and communities in harmony

Over the past 25 years, O&H has undertaken the role of Master Developer, establishing a series of thriving villages across Hampton. From the initial conception and planning process, through to the delivery of infrastructure and continual engagement with the local community, Hampton is now home to over 6,000 households. Through careful master planning, O&H has created a place to meet different needs at every stage of life, from single professionals, through growing families to active older years.

Hampton affords its residents to enjoy all the advantages of village life - personality, a vibrant community, accessible, high-quality services, safety, and a real sense of belonging – within reach of Peterborough’s lively city centre.

Nature is a key part of Hampton, with rich opportunities for exploration and playmaking it a popular choice with young families. Parks, numerous lakes, and tree-lined walks aplenty have helped shape Hampton into a desirable place to live. Set in over 1,250 acres of green space, nature really is at the heart of the community.
